1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Coop AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Coop AI is an AI-assisted contract review tool. Output is generated by automated systems and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, and you remain responsible for any decisions you make based on it.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and playbooks you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, attempt to break or probe the Service, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from account settings; the plan stays active through the end of the current billing period.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
