What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, organisation), the documents and playbooks you upload, and technical data such as IP address and browser type. We also log product events (uploads, analyses, exports) so the Service works correctly.
How we use it
We use your data to run the Service, generate the analyses you request, bill you if you are on a paid plan, and send essential service notifications. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents to train models for other customers.
Processors we rely on
Coop AI runs on infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf, including hosting, authentication, payments, and the AI model providers that power the analysis. Each is bound by data processing terms that limit what they can do with your data.
Retention
Documents and analyses stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. Logs and billing records are retained as needed for security, audit, and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from account settings, or by contacting us. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), we honour those rights.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to personnel who need it to operate or support the Service. No system is perfectly secure — if we detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
